Main Course | Fast and Vegan Sesame Noodle

Under 10 minutes Cooking Vegan Simple Recipe /Fast and Vegan Sesame Noodle. (中英文食譜 / 中文下拉)

This is actually a traditional Chinese/ Taiwan dry noodle dish, but I am trying to show you how to make a faster and more simple version that anyone can make with ingredients from any supermarket, you don’t need to buy any complicated or fancy sauces.

In this recipe, we use dried noodles because we had previously purchased some from a package free market, although dried will take longer than fresh noodles (10 Minutes vs 3-5 Minutes). I know some markets have started to sell fresh udon and other fresh noodles that only take 3-5 minutes to cook, which saves a lot of time.

This is a really speedy recipe, we always cook for our guests especially later at night or if we are pushed for time.

By the way, if you want to make a more fancy version, you could change to Japanese sesame sauce instead of Chinese sesame sauce and add a few drop sesame oil. Also, add some shredded cucumber and carrot to serve.

Ingredients:
A portion of noodles
½ Spring Onion- green only, sliced.
2-3 tablespoon Sesame Sauce (We use Japanese style)
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (Organic where possible)
¼ teaspoon of Hot Chilli Paste (Chilli bean Sauce) – If you haven’t any sauce use fresh chili or skip.
½ teaspoon soy sauce

700mL Boiling Water
1 Saucepan
1 Bowl

Put water in a kettle or saucepan and boil.

Add boiling water into Saucepan then start cooking the noodle and set an alarm (dried 10 minutes, fresh 3-5)

Mix all the sauce in the bowl (sesame sauce, peanut butter, hot chili Paste and soy sauce. )

Slice spring onion.

Drain all the water from the saucepan then add noodle into a bowl and mix with sauce together.

Put the sliced spring onion on top to garnish and that's it! You’re done!

十分鐘上菜 | 麻醬麵

在這份中英文食譜中顧及到芝麻醬在海外較難取得,也怕新手們買了一堆醬料不懂使用而浪費掉,所以改用一般超市可以買到的日式芝麻醬另混合花生醬。

Cloudeer 使用的是無包裝的乾麵條,烹煮時間約十分鐘,若是使用新鮮麵條或是超市販賣的袋裝烏龍麵,大概3-5分鐘就可以煮好。這道零失誤又超級快速的食譜非常適合烹飪新手、沒時間下廚或是半夜肚子餓的人。

手邊有烏醋、麻油、小黃瓜絲和紅蘿蔔絲的話記得加一點進去吃。

食材:
半根 青蔥(切碎,五辛素可省略)
一人份 麵條

醬料:
2-3 湯匙 日式芝麻醬
1 湯匙 花生醬
¼ 茶匙 豆瓣醬(辣椒油 <-做法點我、辣椒醬皆可,怕辣可省略)
½ 茶匙 醬油

將麵條放入預先煮好的滾水中,開始計時煮麵時間,等待的同時將醬料全部攪拌均勻、切碎青蔥(越細越好)。將煮好的麵條瀝乾,拌勻醬料後撒上蔥花即可食用。
