15 minutes Cooking Vegan Simple Recipe / Heathy Fast Guten-Free Vegan Pasta. (中英文食譜 / 中文下拉)

Ingredients:
Serves: 1 person

1 cup Rice Penny
1 cup Broccoli
1 / 3 cup Homemade Vegan Kale Pesto 
2 spoon Good Salt (I use sea salt)
3 spoon Olive Oil ( add more if cooking for more than one )
Dry Chilli (optional)
1 Saucepan

Put water in a kettle and boil.
Wash broccoli and cut into small florets.
Add water and sea salt into the saucepan and boil.
Add the rice penne and cook for 7 Minutes then add the broccoli and cook for a further 3 minutes, then drain all the water from the saucepan.
Using the same saucepan, heat olive oil over a small flaming, waiting until it is hot, then add the pesto.
Mix together and wait until hot (Because we don't eat raw foods, make sure the pesto is fully cooked in this step).
Put penne and broccoli in with the pesto, again- making sure the pesto is entirely cooked and mixed together well.
After 3 minutes, Add some dried chilies if you want, then everything is ready to serve and eat!

一杯 無麩質義大利麵
一杯 花椰菜
1 / 3 杯 自製羽衣甘藍堅果松子青醬
兩湯匙 好鹽(我用海鹽)
三湯匙 橄欖油 (若是作多人份,油量可自行拿捏,不需要乘以二。)
半茶匙 乾辣椒(可省略)

等待燒水的時間,將花椰菜洗淨切塊。

開中火將滾水和鹽置入鍋中,再度沸騰後加入麵條,設定鬧鐘等待七分鐘,不時要攪動麵條。七分鐘到了,加入花椰菜再煮三分鐘後熄火濾乾水。

開小火並將橄欖油倒入鍋中,熱油後加入自製青醬用拌炒的方式加熱,聽到青醬發出「滋滋」般好吃聲音後加入麵條及花椰菜,拌炒三分鐘後,灑上少許乾辣椒片(可省略)後即可上桌。
